Our pharmacist will review all orders before dispatch. This approval process typically takes up to one working day. We are unable to guarantee approval in every case.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication, though we reserve the right to amend prices with reasonable notice.
Your card will be charged at the point of order. If your order is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within one working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Whilst we make every effort to meet delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety regulations.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
